Beauty Review: Perricone MD Blue Plasma Cleansing Treatment

Perricone MD Blue Plasma Cleansing Treatment is a no-rinse formula that removes makeup and skin-aging debris while gently exfoliating and moisturizing. The blue colour of the cleanser comes from the salmon row enzyme and copper that is used to create the treatment. According to Perricone MD it works to trap skin pollutants, unclog impurities from deep within pores, and allows for optimal delivery of actives.

This product is sold at Sephora for $39, and although I have seen some mixed reviews, I personally think this is a great product. You can clearly see results from using the Blue Plasma Cleansing Treatment. In my book this sets it apart from lots of cleansers at this price point.

Lots of products break out my skin, but so far I haven’t had any troubles with this cleanser. It leaves my skin feeling soft, fresh, and clean.

You use cotton pads to apply the product. Perricone MD says you can use this to take off your makeup, but I prefer to take my makeup off before using the cleanser. It feels like it’s more effective that way. Almost every time I use this I can see leftover residue that my normal makeup removal routine has left behind.

I even starting washing my face twice before using the Blue Plasma Cleanser, and I still got the same result. So, it is definitely removing something that a typical face wash cannot.

What is really impressive is that even when I use this product on days I don’t wear makeup, or first thing in the morning, I am often still removing dirt and oil build up.

If you are looking for an affordable and effective cleanser, I would recommend trying Perricone MD Blue Plasma Cleansing Treatment. It is good for most skin types, and you don’t have to wonder if it is actually working. You can see that it is working.

Be Just Not That Way,

Katherine
