Ahhhhh…. sigh….. Breathe out. All the things I was doing as I dropped on to the bed in our beautiful room at The Myconian Collection.
The welcome was exceptional. We were shown around the facilities expertly and with considerable energy and panache considering our short stay.
There was something of a mix up between our booking at Grace Mykonos and the BA flights, which was how I found myself plopping onto one of the beds in the Myconian Villa Collection and subsequently enjoying a glass of white on our gorgeous private balcony.
A definite blessing in disguise, perfectly above Elia beach.
Walking down to the communal pool is something out of a postcard. The sky turns orange as the sun sets and the Mediterranean fades from azure to black.
The interiors are both eclectic and contemporary, featuring white walls and natural woods in interesting forms.
A trip to the spa boasts beautiful aromatherapy pools. Two hours of treatments pass and I emerge relaxed, radiant and ready for my Greek vacation.
Dinner is a candle lit affair with fresh satisfying cuisine.
