A Guide To Liquids In Your Hand-Luggage

In a world of weekends away, strict airport security and rushing through the airport at a 100miles per hour it is ever more important to pack smartly and keep those liquids to under 100mls. I wanted to take the liberty of sharing a few of my carry on secrets!

My Liquid List

Sure Deodorant – Fresh, simple and 0% alcohol.

Oral-B Pro-Expert Toothpaste (15ml) – I use Oral-B toothpaste at home so this travel size is perfect to take away with me.

Clarins Instant Eye Make Up Remover (30ml) – This is part of the Clarins Make Up Remover Travel Set, as are all of the Clarins products featured. You can purchase this set from a Clarins counter in duty free. It’s great as these three products work together to properly cleanse your skin leave you feeling fresh.  The cleansing set also includes Clarins Toning Lotion (50ml) and Clarins Cleansing Milk (50ml) which are also pictured above.

Erno Laszlo White Marble Translucence Cream (50ml) – This is a moisturiser I cannot travel without. I use it at home and abroad. It leaves your skin feeling healthy and dewy while giving clarity with regular use.

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation (30ml) – Exceptionally light and with an inbuilt SPF15 this water-based foundation is perfectly formulated for a day of seeing the city sights.

Chanel Le Blanc Brithtening Make Up Base (30ml) – With an SPF 40 this product works overtime as my primer and sunscreen when on the go (ageing skin spares no one!) whilst giving 8 hours of light reflecting magic! I use 30 Lys as my colour.

YSL Anti-Cernes Multi-Action Concealer (2g) – Perfect for banishing any under-eye evidence of late nights. It has full coverage that Does. Not. Move.

Charlotte Tilbury Legendary Lashes Mascara – Confession: I got this sample free with a Net a Porter delivery recently but cannot stop using it. It gives you full, long lashes whilst enriching them with Tamumu Oil to keep them strong and healthy. Additionally it comes off easily with make up remover – no lash shedding here!

YSL Couture Brow – So easy to use for a self confessed brow novice like me and the gel formula keeps your brows in point all day.

Chanel Coco Rouge Lipstick – The classic Chanel lipstick is hydrating and long lasting. My go to colour is 458 – Marlene.

Tom Ford Jasmine Rouge EDP (50ml) – I love the small and pretty bottle almost as much as the as the rich floral scent itself.  The ear de parfum composition leaves to fragrance on your skin for hours.

And The Extras

Supersmile Toothbrush – Ergonomically designed and able to stand up alone. Lighter and more travel friend than my at home electric one.

Chanel Poudre Universelle Compacte – This powder is lightweight and doesn’t give a ‘cake-y’ effect when mattifying your T-Zone. It also has an inbuilt mirror.

Chanel Joues Contraste Blush – I use 15 – Orchid Rose for a natural healthy glow.

I hope this post was helpful! Please let me know if you have any products you love to travel with as I love to try out new products!

Bacini,

Cristina
